Laura is a colour lover, pattern obsessor, tea drinker and creative thinker. She lives in a colourful house on a hill in Brighton, UK with her husband and two small crazy boys! She would describe her style as flat colour, sharp lines with a retro, nostalgic feel. She tries to bring a touch of Scandi and a big pop of colour to every design. She creates animal and pattern illustrations for a range of unique handmade gifts and acrylic jewellery. Her background is in graphic design and print, she loves taking a subject and simplifying it into its basic form and shapes. She's inspired by the natural world, Scandinavian design and the colours and patterns of the 1950s.
